I spoke with a manager who asked me to prove the kitten was dead and stated there was nothing they could do, I asked for the owner who was then supposed to call me. The next day I called Vinnie's Bow Wow to inquire about the breeder they had gotten the kitten from and if there had been any previous health issues with other kitten's, I was told they have never had an issue and they could not give me the breeders information but a manager would call me. There was not enough time to get the kitten to the emergency vet prior to it passing.
